Rayna started her career in a range of different clinical and spa settings with a diverse range of clientele. Her interests are drawn to treatment of the musculoskeletal system to aid in recovering after intense exercise, chronic stress, fatigue and chronic or acute pain. She has a strong interest in the importance of reducing psychological as well as physical stress to achieve an outcome of balance and wellbeing. Rayna specialises in Remedial Massage, Relaxation, Myofascial Cupping, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy Massage. |
