Michelle is an experienced Psychologist who has worked in private practice for over a decade. She specialises in working with adults, teenagers, children, couples and families experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, burnout and life transitions (including career, relationships and parenting).
Michelle aims to provide a safe, compassionate and supportive space for you to explore your concerns. She sees her role as assisting and supporting you to overcome obstacles, enhance wellbeing and create the kind of life you desire. Michelle believes that every individual is unique and so too is their pathway to wellbeing.
Michelle offers a holistic, integrative, evidence-based perspective and will collaborate with you to individualise your care to best address your unique conditions, needs and circumstances. She is committed to ongoing learning and draws from her extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and yoga therapy (including iRest yoga nidra™).
